My name is David and I have over a decade of experience in the Construction trades backed up by a strong manufacturing and sales background.  I’m an InterNACHI Certified Property Inspector and have been providing my clients with reliable and high quality home inspection reports for sellers and buyers alike.

When you contact me, I’m your sole point of contact.  My clients enjoy being able to reach me by phone, email, and text well into the evenings.  I treat every inspection as if I’m inspecting a home that I would be comfortable putting my own family in.

I use a very modern, interactive reporting software that is cloud-based, mobile friendly and is considered by many to be one of the best out there.  My sample reports are available on the “Your Report” page of my website.
